People, Words & Change is a non-profit, charitable organization providing opportunities for English-speaking adults in Ottawa to improve literacy, numeracy or basic computer skills which are essential to working, learning, and living. One-on-one tutoring is provided free of charge by volunteer tutors to meet the needs and goals of the learners.

Feedback on the manner in which PWC provides its services to people with disabilities, and any other services, is encouraged and appreciated.

People, Words & Change is a proud member of the Heartwood House community and is grateful to the Ottawa Community Foundation.
